Welcome to our new online payments website for Wastewater Utility. If you had an account on our previous website, you will need to create a new account (see instructions listed next to "New Users" below), as our processor has changed.
To pay through our online website, additional fees will apply:
CREDIT CARD (including Debit) - 3.5% (min. fee $2.50)
ACH/e-check - $1.95

Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:45pm. A secure dropbox is available at the Elm Street entrance to City Hall.
NOTICE: Due to software issues, the lien for 2026 wastewater has been postponed to a date in November. We are hoping to send the certified impending lien notices out within the next few weeks once the software is corrected.
